Any passenger of Community airlines traveling within the European Union of traveling from any EU airport to third countries or arriving at a EU airport from the third country has the following minimum rights guaranteed by the carrier:
- right to care
- right to compensation
- rights to the return of the full price of the ticket
- right to change the itinerary
- right to return the price of ticket as a result of change of class journey
- right to the information on passenger’s rights
- right to the information on the identity of the operating carrier
- right to complain about the operating carrier
