Passenger rights

Any passenger of Community airlines traveling within the European Union of traveling from any EU airport to third countries or arriving at a EU airport from the third country has the following minimum rights guaranteed by the carrier:

right to care
right to compensation

rights to the return of the full price of the ticket
right to change the itinerary
right to return the price of ticket as a result of change of class journey
right to the information on passenger’s rights
right to the information on the identity of the operating carrier
right to complain about the operating carrier
